ORDERING

Products can be purchased online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American express.
Orders get shipped Monday through Friday except holidays.
The cut off time for orders to leave the same day is 1:00 pm PST.
All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. PST on Fridays are typically shipped by the close of business on Monday.

SHIPPING
Haircared.com is the exclusive importer and distributor of Compagnia del Colore in the U.S, therefore we only sell and ship our products in the United States of America. Compagnia Del Colore (50 states).

Haircared will send your order via FedEx Ground to any of the 50 U.S. states. Shipping gets automatically calculated during the Checkout process, rates are based on weight and FedEx delivery option chosen. Ground service IS NOT available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Orders from Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via USPS and we will contact you via phone or email with the shipping charge before we process and ship your order.

Note.- FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. Therefore we can only ship to a physical address.

For Free Shipping offer, orders will be sent either via USPS, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Free Shipping offer does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.

SALES TAX

All orders are tax-free for residents outside the state of California.
Orders shipped within California will have a 8.75% sales tax added.

For California Customers if you hold a resale number and you want to purchase retail products for resale please send us a copy of your resale number via fax, email or mail before placing your first order so we can deduct sales tax for all resale purchases.

RETURNS

We are confident you will find our products to be of the highest quality. If you're not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it to us for a complete refund within 14 days of purchase. With the exception of Developers which are non-returnable.

Simply email returns@haircared.com to obtain a RA (return authorization) number, provide full details of your original order:

Your email address
This will help us find your order to process the refund/return.

We accept returns of unopened, unused products only.

The product(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Items that are returned more than 14 days after shipping will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original purchase shipping charges WILL NOT be credited back on returns unless we have made a mistake in sending the wrong items to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase.
